Originally from Indiana, Randy was licensed in 1986, and has been working full-time as a real estate professional every year since. He received a Brokers License in 1995, and is experienced in all aspects of relocation, REO (real estate owned), trustee sale/foreclosure, short sales, investment rental property acquisition, re-hab, and sales. 60% of Randy’s business comes from Past Clients and 17% from Past Client Referral. Randy specializes in multi-million dollar estates to campus condos, nothing too big or too small.
