Invest Your Way to Success by Finding Deals that Work for You w/ Ryan Murdock
There are many ways to make money in real estate, and if we want to take advantage of everything the industry has to offer, we can’t limit ourselves to just one avenue.
Adding investing to the list of services we provide does more than increase our number of revenue streams. By offering clients the opportunity to sell their homes through us and to us, we pave the way for tailor-made value.
The problem is, many agents are nervous about entering the space. How can first-time investors get started, and what obstacles might they face? How can we build confidence in ourselves as we go?
In this episode, Director of Operations and Vice President of Acquisitions at Open Door Capital, Ryan Murdock shares how agents can establish themselves as investors.
