Terry Shanahan is an entrepreneur, functional nutrition and performance consultant, and online diet and performance coach. Terry also helps everyday people who are suffering from chronic health issues including autoimmune, endocrine, inflammatory, and digestive disorders, as well as those who simply want to lose weight fast, or improve their quality of life, health, and physical appearance.
